At the very source, a spring in the north, at Ceseara Philipi, at the foot of Mt Hermon, near the border with Lebanon, we filled empty water bottles to take Jordan River water home with us. Then farther downstream in a beautiful place that has been arranged for the convenience of tourists to we went in to celebrate our baptisms.

Did you collect enough 'Jordan Water' to use for your own family baptisms back home? Is your home in the USA? I am digging a baptistry in my back yard in the small Town of Manchester, Maryland (near the Pennsylvania Line). I am hoping to find a source of 'Biblical Holy Water' to seed and/or season my baptism waters. GOD BLESS your travels!
